There are always many references to giants or "the giants," among researchers and all sorts of other people who are trying to figure this out and understand what was meant by the many ancient references to some sort of giants. This does seem to be a recurring theme.

I know for certain that there are many translations of ancient texts that could help me understand more about what is seen in the Changed Light regarding the giants that were written about but I find it is a daunting time consuming task needed in order to further pursue more information for myself on subjects where searching ancient texts is required. I heavily rely on stumbling into random items because that's what works for me today. After the ancient Object's next Return I'll wait and see what other people find and know and at that point I will be able to be directed to easily access to many different ancient Return related items and references including very probably subjects like the giants.

My basic take on it is this:
The shadows that are cast into the Moon's Changed and Lasting Light are from vertically standing crater rim pieces. These long tall very black shadow do somehow sculpt and shape and create the human form seen within the Moon's Changed Light. This is a fact. There are hundreds of the Standing Stone Craters and thousands of vertically standing crater rim pieces. The diameter of the craters vary in size from large to very large and the sizes and heights of the crater rim pieces vary accordingly. The resulting effect may be a corresponding size difference among some or many of the Lasting Light human forms that are seen by the observer within the Changed Light through out the entire evolving Lasting Light event.

During the second stage of the Changed Light event the place down within the top of the very suddenly rising Light Mountain contains the two types of human forms that I saw. The Awesome Good himself now in his second evolution looking like the Lion Man and also the second type of human form that is created next and is suddenly first seen rising from the point when the changed light first rises onwards. Close beside him one on each side there are two human looking figures. Then there is a wider space on each side where there are two more of the same type of human looking figures for a total of five human figures making up the first curving row. Then behind these first five figures forming a second curving line more of the same type of human forms arranged in a arcing line that also matches the curve of the Object's upper right horizon. This second later seen type of human looking form is different than the way the Awesome Good looks instead they all have the incredible Easter Island look. At this point during the first stages of the rising Light Mountain time frame the entire group of human shaped solid Lasting Light forms were of equal height overall at least basically.

I only saw the first part of the progressing evolving Changed Light event. The ancient people saw and new the Changed Light event in it's entirety. Many forms and human looking forms were seen and written about. It appears as if some of those human looking forms were bigger and taller than some other human shaped forms just the same way that some of the Standing Stone Craters and their vertically standing rim pieces were higher and more massive than some others.

In the end I am guessing based on what I saw. To me this guess is straight forward and clear and makes perfect logical sense. There are certainly other factors involved like for instance the size of the sights and figures that are seen do vary in size depending on the place within the Changed Light the Earth bound viewer is being caused to see from. This is a very real factor to consider when trying to understand what is seen. For example when you first see the ancient muscular Man of Light he is very large in the view finder in fact life size in close proximity. This happens when you are seeing from deep within the deep distance to the right over and beyond the Object's upper right horizon. Later when the Light Mountain is rising that same figure that filled the view finder as if he was standing mere feet from you now looks much much smaller in the viewer finder. It's the same figure but the difference is the place where you are now seeing from has raced back closer to what you would expect say if you were simply looking at the Moon. The size of the Man of Light first fills the telescope view finder and then later when you see him rising positioned down within the Light Mountain's upper structure you are seeing from much farther back and he looks smaller.

I believe it could turn out that the giants that were written about were seen within the oval shaped plain, the third stage or phase of the Changed and Lasting Light event. We will hopefully see the oval shaped plain form after it is transported towards the Earth to then emerge leaving the sleeve of the Light Mountain behind.
We shall see.
